I've been sharpening knives since 2012. I still have my first set of kitchen knives from back then, and they're sharper today than when they were new.

It started because I couldn't stand using a blunt knife. Over time, that turned into something I do for friends, for professional kitchens, and for home cooks who've finally had enough of a knife that won't cut. The work is the same whoever it's for: every knife gets sharpened properly, by hand, until it's right.

I take pride in every knife that comes through my door. If it's chipped, damaged, or just badly neglected — I'll tell you honestly what I can do.
